Quality Assurance

As always, your voice, opinions and choices remain at the heart of our services. As such, following your initial care and support planning meeting, we continue to involve you in quality checking our services by asking you to complete surveys and share your ideas on how we can improve. 


From our perspective, we make sure we always do what we say we will by:

  • Completing random spot checks (in your home and with your permission) to assess our staff in their role and make sure they are working with you and for you.
  • Monitoring our electronic call monitoring system – staff will log when they arrive and leave your home, providing peace of mind to you and your family that they are there when they should be.
  • Auditing – the management team will review all documentation such as your care plan and our internal records to make sure everything is being done correctly.


Much of this quality process happens behind the scenes but offers reassurance to you and your family that we are doing everything required to provide high-quality support.


To further evidence this, our quality system is certified to ISO:9001, an internationally recognised quality standard.
