I have been working in care for over twenty years in a variety of roles. I have been an advice worker and worked with ex-offenders for many years. I changed roles to work with people with mental health challenges in 2008 and have worked in this role since.  I am the manager for Westholme, South View, West Road and a house in Dipton. These homes are in semi-rural areas in County Durham which provides a calm place for our service users to stay. I hope that all the services I manage provide high quality care and helps the service users achieve their goals.
