Support Those with Learning Difficulties to Wear a Face Mask

The coronavirus pandemic continues into 2021, with further restrictions across the UK. The restrictions to daily life and the new safety measures, including the use of face coverings, is tricky for all of us but can be confusing and worrying especially if you have learning difficulties or mental health issues.

It’s important to receive help and support if needed. A family member or carer should take the time to support you to wear a face mask. It’s essential to find a mask that works for you and to have help to get used to wearing it.
