at\u00a0Milldene\u00a0since 2009 in a variety of different roles and took over as manager in June 2020.\u00a0\u00a0\n\nI want\u00a0Milldene\u00a0to become a home for its residents and that they are given as much opportunity as possible to do what they want. The home is fully accessible and can accommodate up to thirteen adults.<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"p1\">Milldene has thirteen single bedrooms, all of which are ensuite, with a further three shared bathrooms. There is a large, open plan living room and dining area with a communal kitchen for residents use. Outside the home there is a private, spacious garden with a patio area and vegetable patch.\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Milldene is fully accessible, with a lift to all floors and each room is adaptable to be suitable to any residents with physical disabilities.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">The wellbeing and interests of all of the residents are at the forefront of our philosophy of care. All residents at Milldene are cared for using a person centred approach. We personalise our services specifically to service users needs, working closely with the individual, their family, carers and professionals to ensure that their needs are fully met.\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Our staff team is made up of a Registered Manager, Registered Nursing Manager, support workers, nurses, a cook and a housekeeper. purpose built nursing home near central Gosforth providing expert residential care for adults with mental health disorders and learning disabilities. The home is fully accessible and can accommodate up to thirteen adults.<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"p1\">Milldene has thirteen single bedrooms, all of which are ensuite, with a further three shared bathrooms. There is a large, open plan living room and dining area with a communal kitchen for residents use. Outside the home there is a private, spacious garden with a patio area and vegetable patch.\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Milldene is fully accessible, with a lift to all floors and each room is adaptable to be suitable to any residents with physical disabilities.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">The wellbeing and interests of all of the residents are at the forefront of our philosophy of care. All residents at Milldene are cared for using a person centred approach. We personalise our services specifically to service users needs, working closely with the individual, their family, carers and professionals to ensure that their needs are fully met.\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Our staff team is made up of a Registered Manager, Registered Nursing Manager, support workers, nurses, a cook and a housekeeper.
